How to play Scorpion Solitaire
Bring your attention to one round of Scorpion Solitaire. Complete four same-suit king-to-ace runs. Look at what changes after your first action. Make your first input carefully and watch the result. Use the example below to understand a decision.
Seven columns; three stock cards dealt once to the first three columns. Free solo play, no wagering.
Make the controls familiar
Locate the buttons and input area before beginning a long round. Use the on-screen labels to avoid an accidental restart. Keep the objective visible.
Your goal
Complete four same-suit king-to-ace runs. The feedback beside the game helps you follow the round. Review the board or playing area as it changes.
Step by step
- Move a face-up card with its tail onto the next higher same-suit rank. Kings fill empty columns.
- Select a face-up card and then the destination pile or Empty slot.
- Use foundations where available; full Spider or Scorpion runs clear automatically.
- Undo reverses a choice. New deal shuffles again.
Controls
Click or tap cards and piles. Wide tableaus scroll inside the game; use Undo, Hint and New deal where shown. Read a button’s label before selecting it. Contact us with the game and device if a control does not respond.
A useful example
The trailing cards may be unordered, but the destination suit and rank must match. Use the example as a guide rather than a substitute for reading your board. Notice the change in the playing area.
Watch out for this
Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy. Read the feedback to see why an action did not have the expected result. Take enough time to read a new position. If a game has a timer, learn its controls first rather than searching for them during the round.
