When preparing your message, remember: Use the form below to send feedback about this site. Enter an email address and a message between 10 and 5,000 characters. You do not need a player account to send a message. One complete report is better than repeated short submissions.
Name the game
Before you submit, read this. Include the name of the game and the page address where you noticed the issue. Similar games can use different rules or controls. The address bar is the easiest place to copy the game link. Review the message before pressing Send.
Describe what happened
To help us understand your message, please note: Describe the actions leading to the problem, the result you expected and the result you saw. Keep the sequence in the order it happened. Mention whether you started a fresh round or continued one. Include only information relevant to the request.
Keep private details out
Do not send passwords, PINs, payment information or sensitive personal details. A game report normally needs only the page, device and sequence of actions. Remove private information from any description you copy. Check your email address before submitting.
What happens after sending
Your email address and message are saved privately for review. A success message means the submission was stored; it is not a promise of an immediate reply. Keep a copy of a long message before submitting it. Keep the message focused on the issue.
